I've spent the 30+ years in automotive production, marketing, and supply chain management. I started Ideal Oto Yedekparca in 1998 as a filter distribution company. In three years, we became one of the largest filter distributors in Istanbul with 12 sales reps—proof that execution and market knowledge drive growth.
We then pivoted to specialty filter production for military applications. This shift required developing new products, investing in polyurethane air filter manufacturing, and establishing ISO 9000 management systems from the ground up. The move showed me how to scale operations and meet specialized industry requirements.
Later, as Product Manager at Kimteks, I developed new markets every year, tripling sales year-over-year. I worked directly across R&D, production, and strategic planning to bring products to market based on real customer needs. This role deepened my ability to solve technical problems at every stage of production.
Currently, I lead marketing and sales operations for automotive interior systems and components. I manage domestic and international accounts, negotiate long-term contracts with major OEMs, and develop aftermarket distribution strategies. This experience has given me a comprehensive view of how suppliers, manufacturers, and markets connect.
